My dolls of the day - MInnie & Victoria Go Goth
These are lots of fun to make. One of my most popular dolls last year - I sold lots at Dunkleys Great New Zealand Craft Show and also at my outlets Craftworld Westgate and NZ-ique Petone.

My Doll of the Day - Minnie & Michael - lil gollies
9 inch rag dolls
What fun!!! Minnie and Michael are dressing up as cute lil gollies. These gollies are just lovely – use bright colours or go with black/white combination. Lots of fun and quick and easy to make.

My Doll of the Day - Maisie & Gordie - Large Gollies
Maisie & Gordie
Size of Doll: 23 inches
Maisie has a pinafore with a lace trimmed dress and bloomers. These clothes are removable (except her boots)
Gordie wears pants, shirt and vest with bow tie. These clothes are removable (except the shoes)
These dolls have hand sewn felt face with drawn on black eyes. The hair is black yarn which is sewn on the head.
I often get asked about how I name my dolls...in this case Maisie was named for my dear little black oriental cat, Maisie (who sadly passed on 18 months ago, and I still miss her!). Gordie was named simply because I thought it sounded good.

Doll of the Day - Victor Golly
Victor Golly is approximately 17 inches tall and is a companion to Victoria.
Victor wears striped trousers with braces and buttons, a t-shirt and bow tie. He has buttons on his boots. (Clothes are not removable.)
His face is made of felt with drawn black pupils. This is handsewn to the head. The hair is knitting yarn, knotted and sewn to the head.
Such a lovely golly. Forget those mass-produced ones, this one is hand made by me at my workroom/studio here in Christchurch.

Doll of the day - Victoria Golly - Pretty in Blue Daisies
Victoria Golly is approximately 17 inches tall.
She is wearing a pretty blue pinafore with bows, on top of a white lace-trimmed blouse. She is wearing bloomers. Her boots are... the same fabric as her pinafore and they are trimmed with bows too. (Clothes are not removable)
